Installation Guides

Installation Guide: Bex, Bex Metro and Stone Composite Tiles

  1. Surface Preparation: Make sure the surface you're installing the tiles on is clean, smooth, and free of any debris. If necessary, patch or level the surface before installation.

  2. Measure and Mark: Measure the area you want to install the tiles on and mark it with a straight line using a level or chalk line.

  3. Lay Out the Tiles: Lay out the tiles on the surface before peeling off the backing. Adjust as necessary to ensure a perfect fit.

  4. Cut and Trim: Tiles tiles can be scored and cut with a utility knife or tile cutter, or broken along the score line. Use caution when cutting, as stone composite tiles may be thicker and heavier than other types of tiles. A wet saw or tile cutter is optional but may be helpful for achieving a clean and precise cut.

  5. Peel and Stick: Peel off the backing and carefully stick the tiles onto the surface, starting at the top and working your way down. Use a J-roller or a flat, heavy object to apply pressure and ensure a secure bond.
